Endeavor Design Scholarship Fund

Thom Gridley is a design veteran from the Sportswear and Footwear industry who has been funding scholarships since April 2021. Thom has worked for brands such as Vans, New Balance, Reebok, and Puma and has witnessed the lack of designers of color in the industry. Thom aims to use scholarship awards to help students without systemic privilege and financial resources complete their educations and flourish in their fields.

From firsthand experience, Thom Gridley knows how imporant it is to support efforts for diversity and inclusion in the design field. Thom has made it his mission to uplift underrepresented students so they can break into design and acheive all of their goals.
