Dr. Samuel Attoh Legacy Scholarship Fund

Annabelle Attoh Thompson has been fighting student debt since June 2021 in memory of Dr. Samuel Attoh. Annabelle's father, Dr. Samuel Attoh, immigrated from Ghana, West Africa and received 3 degrees in 3 different countries: Undergrad at the University of Ghana, Masters at Cambridge University (Canada), and PhD at Boston University (USA). He went on to have a successful career in academia, serving as a Professor, Chair, Dean, and Associate Provost. In each role he held, he did so with integrity and a strong moral compass. His passion for education is a legacy that will be carried on through this memorial fund.

The mission of this fund is to give a jumpstart to young people of color and other disadvantaged youth with a passion.
