Devin Chase Vancil Art and Music Scholarship Fund

Fran Vancil has been fighting student debt since October 2021 in honor of her son, Devin Chase Vancil. Devin was a lover of art and music. He used various creative modes of expression, such as music and the arts, to connect with other people. Devin left this world too soon, and Fran hopes that this fund will inspire people to make this world a better place. She also wants young people who may be struggling with mental health to “always remember to wear your invisible crown” because there is beauty and wonder in everyone.
