Clarence Penny Jr Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Next Generation Foundation has been fighting student debt with Bold.org since December 2021 and honors the memory of Clarence Penny Jr. through this fund. Clarence was passionate about hair design and often put aside his own desires in order to help further the success of others. He was dedicated to helping others pursue their goals and would have wanted the next generation of hair dressers and other cosmetology students to have the necessary resources to achieve their dreams. The cosmetology industry does more than focus on looks: they focus on bettering mental health, happiness and personal growth.
