Our story

Michael Bosch has been fighting student debt since August 2021, creating opportunities in memory of Chief Lawrence J. Nemec Jr. Giving back to one’s community is rewarding and can ultimately change the world. Lawrence was passionate about community service and dedicated his life to helping others. This fund helps to honor that legacy by supporting future volunteer firefighters and EMTs.

Our goal

This scholarship fund will go towards supporting Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer Ambulance Personnel on their way to gain higher education.

Happy to be able to help others. I have family in law enforcement - so want to be able to support others who put it all on the line

My heart goes out to all of those that choose to serve and put their life on the line for others. Especially those who are doing it on a voluntary basis. No greater thing one can do is to sacrifice themself in the attempt to help others at no monetary benefit to themself.
