Chaweka Lynn Fisher Memorial Scholarship Fund

Jessica Pilcher has been fighting student debt since January 2022. Her fund is in memory of Chaweka Lynn Fisher, who was a selfless mother, sister, wife, daughter, and friend. Chaweka was a proud and determined indigenous woman. She dedicated her life to serving others, spending 17 years working as a registered nurse for her tribe on the Colorado River Indian Tribes Reservation in Parker, Arizona.To honor her, this fund will help give more opportunities to Native American students who dream of pursuing higher education.
