“Suga Scholars” Award Fund

Students pursuing creative disciplines drive the world forward and create connections across time, space, and cultures through their art. From literature to film to fashion and beyond, the beauty and emotion conveyed through art plays a crucial role in society. However, it can be difficult to share one’s art with the world. In such a populated environment, it can be hard to break through or make one’s voice heard. With the rising costs of college, it has become increasingly difficult for students to afford the education and training they need to hone their skills, make connections in the industry, and build their platform. All proceeds from this fund will go towards the “Suga Scholars” Award, a scholarship that recognizes and supports HBCU students who use creativity, design, and storytelling to bring ideas to life.
