STEM Byte

As a deaf kid from an immigrant mother, I was often the quiet, misunderstood one. Hearing aids were a lifeline, but expensive. I learned to advocate for what I needed, and now I want to help others do the same. That's why I'm creating STEM Byte – a scholarship to help deaf and hard of hearing students get the financial support they need for hearing technology and pursue their STEM dreams without the barriers I faced. STEM Byte is about giving everyone a chance to succeed, regardless of their background or how they hear. I want to empower the next generation of STEM innovators.
