Single Parent Strength Fund

The story behind this fund is deeply personal. As a single mother, I know firsthand the love, sacrifice, and resilience it takes to raise children while carrying so much on your own. I also know the financial pressure that comes with wanting to give your child every opportunity possible, especially when it comes to college. As my son Nikolas prepares for this next chapter, I've been thinking not only about his future but about so many other students from single-parent households who have worked hard, overcome challenges, and been accepted to college, yet still face financial barriers. I created this fund to honor their strength and to remind them that their hard work, perseverance, and dreams matter. This scholarship is more than financial support. It is a way to recognize the quiet strength of students raised by one parent, who continue to rise despite adversity. I hope that this fund becomes the beginning of something bigger, a growing source of encouragement, opportunity, and belief in students who deserve to be seen and supported.
