Sierra L. Parker Memorial Scholarship Fund

I am creating this in honor my daughter Sierra Lachelle Parker. My daughter was killed in a hit and run accident and the driver fled the scene on July 18th 2022. She was in college and began to see someone who engaged in domestic violence and as a result my daughter paid the ultimate price with her life The person or persons responsible for her death are yet to be found. I just don’t want another parent to experience what happened to me, happen to another parent or family.
