The Shaffer Foundation of Delaware is proud to share the creation of our First Responders Scholarship Fund, created to honor Delaware’s brave first responders and support the futures of their children. Thanks to generous support, we've been able to impact deserving students and support their education through this scholarship. This scholarship is dedicated to the children of Delaware’s first responders — the heroes who put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve our communities. Their families make sacrifices right alongside them, and this scholarship is one way we can give back and invest in their future. We believe deeply in the power of education and the opportunities it creates.
