Sammy Meckley Memorial Scholarship Fund

Sammy graduated from Bowie High in 1998 where he created many happy memories performing on the cheerleading squad and in Bowie High School Musicals such as Guys and Dolls and Grease. Sammy loved making people happy through cheerleading, gymnastics, drama and theater performances. Sammy will be remembered for his sweet nature, his love of dancing and cooking as well as his artistic and athletic talents.

This scholarship aims to honor the life of Sammy Meckley by supporting students in Maryland who are involved in extracurricular activities.
