Even when others urged him to seek proper medical attention, Roger was often found treating "on-the-job" injuries with electrical tape around his fingers or bandages wrapped wherever they were needed. He simply refused to quit. His determination and grit were reflected in every project he completed. From simple home improvements to sprawling custom mansions, Roger brought extraordinary skill, precision, and pride to everything he built. A true artist at heart, he expressed his creativity through carpentry and construction, developing a signature rustic, country-inspired style that transformed wood and stone into lasting works of craftsmanship. There wasn't much Roger couldn't build or fix. Beyond his talent, Roger will be remembered for his generous spirit, kind heart, and unforgettable presence. He was the kind of person who left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
