The Rita Raby Scholarship was created in memory of my mother who was a educator that always focused on creating a pathway for young people to grow and excel without any regrets or hesitation. each student that is a recipient of my mother's scholarship truly is deserving of it and must keep her legacy a live by being a leader not a follower.
