Our story
Founded by a survivor of violence and a single parent, the RELEVANCE Scholarship reflects the founder’s belief that everything we experience—every struggle and triumph—holds meaning in shaping our journey toward growth and purpose.
The founder’s own path through trauma, adversity, and the challenges of raising children as a single parent has instilled a deep conviction that life’s difficulties serve to shape our character and purpose, making us stronger and more determined to create positive change.
Our goal
* As of April 2026, we have awarded $2,000 from this fund. We have now begun fundraising for the next round of our scholarship, with the goal of raising another $2,000 by November. *
This fund will be used to create a scholarship that aims to help aspiring medical professionals focus on their studies and navigate the demanding and costly journey toward becoming healthcare leaders.
