Raise Me Up to DO GOOD Scholarship Fund

In September 2024, the Raise Me Up to DO GOOD scholarship was launched in honor of four kind and giving young adults who worked hard to keep moving forward in life, completed their higher education programs, and give light to my life. Naming inspiration goes to my son, who loved sharing lyrics, and lived with focus on words of the 90’s kids TV icon, Mr Feeny, who said, “Believe in yourself. Try. Dream. Do Good.”. Because each of these four were raised at some point by a single parent or in a blended family home, the initial $1500 scholarships (2) and monies raised by this fund will support students who have been impacted by the same type of childhood, and want to keep moving forward with higher education.
