This page will be used to fund the Peter Noto Memorial Scholarship. My late-husband Peter was truly an inspiration to all who knew him. Peter's passion for art was contagious—whether it was capturing moments through photography or perfecting a painting, he always saw beauty in the world. His creative spirit never wavered, even as he faced significant health challenges. Through his love of nature and his travels, he captured the essence of the world around him with remarkable detail and sensitivity. One of his most cherished memories was when he and I spent years in Southwest Florida, where his art truly blossomed. He’d often spend hours with a canvas, trying to capture the perfect light at sunset, and he found a deep connection with the natural world there. Despite his health struggles in his later years, Peter’s creative drive never slowed. He always had his camera by his side and found ways to create, even when it was difficult. Peter’s legacy of resilience, creativity, and dedication is something I want to pass on to future generations of artists, which is why this scholarship feels so personal to me. It's a way to help others continue to pursue their own artistic journeys with the same passion he lived with every day.
