Park Avenue Spartan Scholarship Fund

The Park Avenue Foundation 501c3 was created by two Norfolk State University alumni who have been friends for over twenty-five years. The Park Ave. Foundation’s initiative is to assist young Spartan scholars with building successful paths so they may have an equitable opportunity to make an impact in the world. We all know that feeling of there just may not be enough financially to support all of our needs as we go off to college, so we are focused on supporting students at Norfolk State University.
