Our story
The scholarship fund is named in honor of Noble E. Gagucas who served her community as an Operating Room Nurse for 54 years. As a working immigrant to the US from the Philippines she worked for the Veterans Administration in New York and Long Beach, UCI Medical Center, Harbor UCLA, and Kaiser Permanente . She embodied the characteristics of how Nursing professionals should engage with patients, families and other healthcare professionals, with a strong spirit, warm smile, and encouragement.
Our goal
This fund will honor Noble E. Gagucas and your monitary contrubution will ease the financial obligation towards awarding the Noble E. Gagucas, RN Nursing Scholarship.
