Njos Family Scholarship Fund

This fund will be used to create a scholarship that aims to honor a beloved father by supporting students who have lost a loved one and share his commitment to community involvement, perseverance, and leadership. A parent passing away can completely shift a child’s familiar family dynamics, take away a critical source of emotional and financial support, and push a student into turmoil. With all of this change and sadness to sort through, it can be difficult for a student to imagine how to move forward or get back on track with their goals. This scholarship will be awarded to a young student in Colorado who has lost a parent or other loved one.
