Our story
Dominicus aka “DJ” was a scientist of life — a young man of unshakeable "Black Boy Joy" who loved playing soccer with his friends, dancing with and for his mother. He was a future Mechatronic Engineer with the heart for his family - that never hesitated to go the extra mile to show up for him. To honor him and the infinite spirit he left behind, we are establishing the Nfinite8 Legacy Scholarship.
Our goal
The #Nfinite8 Legacy Scholarship was created to support a graduating senior who mirrors the "energetic curiosity” Dominicus displayed in the classroom and on the field. Our criteria focus on three pillars:
Academic Achievement: Excellence in Academics.
Community Joy: Demonstrating leadership in sports, music, and the arts.
Family Advocacy: A commitment to the "Village" philosophy and family unity.
The Award: Awards will be given in the amount of $888. As a symbolic start, DJ's family has seeded the first $888 to the fund, representing Dominicus’ date of birth 8-08-08.
