Marlene Denise Manning is a beloved mother born and raised in the Prince George’s County area of Maryland who is passionate about giving back to the next generation of students.
Our goal
The Marlene D Manning Scholarship Fund is an annual scholarship award honoring the life & ongoing philanthropic efforts of Mrs. Marlene Manning in the Greater Washington DC/ Maryland Area.
