Maddie Worsham Cannon Memorial Scholarship Fund

We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Maddie Worsham Cannon Memorial Scholarship! Maddie was a 2006 graduate of Riverdale Academy who was known for her determination, kindness, and compassion. When her son, Ace, was diagnosed with autism, she made it her life goal to make sure he and other autistic children were able to have the best opportunity to achieve their full potential. After years of tireless work and dedication, the Academy of Collaborative Education (ACE) public charter school opened in August of 2024 in Monroe, LA. Unfortunately, a sudden illness took Maddie’s life on August 30, 2024, but her legacy will forever live on as ACE continues to thrive! This scholarship will be awarded to two students from Riverdale Academy or Red River High School who have the drive and determination to make a difference in the world, just as Maddie did! In order to make these scholarships happen, we are counting on tax-deductible donations in Maddie’s memory! Please consider giving to this fund to remind the world to always “Live Like Maddie”!
