Lumi’s was born from lived experiences. Founded by a first-generation entrepreneur backed by a supportive village, we're committed to creating the same opportunities for others to thrive. Powered by All Things Professional, Corp., we provide scholarships and mentorship to future leaders because every child deserves the chance to shine. Especially those who’ve been counted out.

Our goal

Lumi’s, powered by All Things Professional, Corp., is a nonprofit organization focused on equipping the next generation of luminaries, catering to those from at-risk backgrounds who dream big and defy the odds. Our vision is to become the industry’s leading voice in community engagement and to inspire those who are up next. "Even on your worst day at work, you are still a child's best hope." – Larry Bell We aim to leverage our network's expertise to cultivate future one-percenters from low-income households. Dreaming big is essential because even if it doesn’t unfold exactly as envisioned, you’ll go farther than you ever expected. At Lumi’s, we encourage future luminaries to reach for their highest potential and to shine brighter every day. We believe that everything you want in this world is attainable—with a little tenacity.

Thank you to all who have contributed this year to continuing the education of HBCU Graduates. This scholarship honors the work of my grandfather who was an alumnus of the illustrious Alabama A&M University, and continued his education back in California at San Fernando Valley State College, now CSUN. As an educator for over 30 years, I know he would be proud. Thank you papa for loving us unconditionally.
