Our goal
Provide one or more $1,000 yearly scholarships in memory of my father Louis "Grizz" Scafetta SR who passed away on 7/3/25. He was an vid outdoorsman, lover of nature, hunting and fishing. These funds will be used to provide financial help to a student or students pursuing a career in environmental conservation, wildlife conservation and/or natural resource conservation.
Grizz spent a good majority of his life wandering and hunting in the woods, planting and tending to his large garden or fishing on lakes and streams when he wasn't working. His love for the outdoors was shared with all of his family and friends. He enjoyed teaching and sharing his knowledge with the younger generation. His children and grandchildren share this same passion and we are working to help others on their path to spread it further in the community around us.
Please consider donating in memory of Grizz if you knew him or if you believe in helping others on their path of making our earth a better place for generations to come.

On behalf of WNY Delta Waterfowl, this is a great idea. We need the future leaders to understand the culture of being a sportsman.
