Lorraine Belcourt Scholarship Fund

My mom always made sure that the elderly always had a friend and and a ride to go anywhere. She would laugh with them, talk with them and play cards. The children in our small town always knew they could go to her for a safe house. She had such sweet disposition, you just couldn't help but smile when she was around. She was the head of the Senior Center and delivered Meals on Wheels for years. She organized Bingo every Saturday and made sure they had freshly baked snacks every Saturday. She also assisted with a neighboring Senior Center when they needed help.

We'd like to further our mothers legacy of always giving back to the community by supporting a student in North Dakota, who has already started giving back to the community.
