Lance Gillingham Memorial Scholarship Fund

Lance Gillingham was a Vietnam Navy vet who passed away from Agent Orange complications in October 2023. While there is some government assistance available for post-service personnel, it often doesn’t go far enough, and many veterans struggle after leaving the service. Pursuing a college education can be an important step on the road from military service to civilian life, but the high expenses can be inaccessible. This scholarship seeks to honor the bravery and sacrifices of veterans by supporting them as they reenter civilian life and pursue higher education.
