Kaitlyn left pieces of her heart behind in every life she touched. Kaitlyn was the kind of person who noticed the quiet sadness in someone’s eyes before anyone else did. She carried a softness about her that made people feel safe, loved, and understood. She had a compassion that could not be taught — the kind that came naturally to her. Whether it was comforting someone who was hurting, making people laugh during difficult moments, or simply sitting beside someone so they wouldn’t feel alone, Kaitlyn gave love freely and sincerely. She cared deeply about people. Not because she had to, but because her heart truly saw others.
