Josh Barkley Memorial Scholarship Fund

In loving memory of our late son, Joshua Barkley (12/25/2003 – 12/26/2023), my family and I have established a memorial scholarship fund to honor his legacy. Joshua was taken from us in a tragic accident the day after his 20th birthday, and we miss him more than words can express. Throughout his life, Josh faced academic challenges and was on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). He often doubted himself and his own abilities, struggling with a low self-esteem that he carefully hid from the world. This scholarship is dedicated to young adults who, like Josh, have faced academic struggles and are on a learning plan. It is for those who wish to pursue a trade school education, honoring the hands-on skills and talents that are too often overlooked.
