John C. Flynn Memorial Math Scholarship Fund

John Flynn taught over 1,000 students during his 38 years of teaching math at Jenkintown High School. John had the talent of being able to teach math to anyone and to teach according to his student’s ability. He valued his students on all levels, often helping out with personal issues. All of his students have fond memories of him and value him and his teaching. He was instrumental in enhancing the future careers of his students and improving their time at JHS. This fund will be used to support a scholarship that hopes to provide a lasting testimony to the life and legacy of John Flynn by supporting students who share his love of math. Any high school senior at Jenkintown High School in Pennsylvania may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they are interested in math.
