Our story
Our brother Joe had many aspirations. He wanted to travel and to reach the educational goals he had set for himself. He got to attend university for one year before sadly passing away. It was a great experience for him, especially as a first-gen student. Our brother believed in following his dreams. He didn’t have the chance to finish living out his dreams, but we’d like to help others do so in honor of him.
Our goal
My brother Thomas and I are starting this scholarship fund in honor of our late brother Joe Cruz Jr. We want to further his legacy by supporting students on their quests to live out their dreams. We would like to help first-gen students like ourselves to achieve their education goals.
