Joanette Coogan Memorial Scholarship Fund

This fund will be used to create a scholarship honoring the life and memory of Joanette Coogan. The Joanette Coogan Memorial Scholarship will award a $5,000 scholarship to one graduating high school senior each year. Eligible students will be from Joanette's alma mater - Ellsworth High School. This is a needs-based scholarship and will be focused on those with strong academic qualifications, work experience, and those that will be attending college.
