Our goal
I am passionate about astrophotography and the night sky. I want to create a fund to provide annual scholarships for college students in the engineering or science fields who have a passion for astronomy. My hope is to raise enough money to be able to help several students each year. These students are the future of astronomy. I would like to play a small part in encouraging and rewarding students who take up this challenging career.
I have created the Imm Astronomy Scholarship on bold.org and this fund will support that scholarship.

I teach high school Astronomy at Travis High School in Fort Bend ISD. I also sponsor an Astronomy Club. I have several seniors who are really interested in pursing careers in this field.
