Our story
Centoria Robertson always used the phrase HeavenCent and on April 8th she earned her Angel wings. She lived 40 years with Sickle Cell Disease. She was a daughter, sister, mother, and friend. She loved God and never complained about her illness, but became an advocate to living a healthy life, and uplifting others with Sickle Cell.
Our goal
HeavenCent is a scholarship fund in honor of my sister Centoria Robertson who passed away of Sicle Cell Anemia disease. She never let Sickle Cell define her. She advocated for those suffering from Sicle Cell, and also knew the struggle of those who are siblings or friends of those with Sickle Cell Disease. Our sister's memorial fund was created to help support those who are living with Sickle Cell Disease, a family member of a sibling with Sickle Cell Disease, or a friend of a person with Sickle Cell Disease. We want to get the message out about this illness, and the importance of finding a cure.
