GD Sandeford Memorial Scholarship Fund

GD Sandeford was a beloved husband and father. As a young adult, his need to earn wages prevented him from completing his college studies. He, however, appreciated the value of higher education and gave generously to support the educational pursuits of family members. This scholarship will honor his life. This fundraiser seeks to increase access to higher education by decreasing the financial stress experienced by many first-generation students.

This fundraiser seeks to honor the life of GD Sandeford by supporting African American, first-generation, California residents pursuing an undergraduate degree.
