Thanks to the generosity of our contributors, we have already awarded three scholarships—two for wrestling and one for basketball—helping student-athletes pursue their academic and athletic goals. Your kindness and commitment have truly made a difference in their lives. This year, we are honored to expand our mission by establishing three additional scholarships in memory of remarkable fathers. Two of these scholarships will honor the fathers of individuals who contributed to the scholarship program last year and have since experienced the profound loss of their fathers. David "Beef" Alderfer Memorial Wrestling Scholarship Connie Mack Memorial Athletic Scholarship The third scholarship will be for: Bill Scotti Memorial Athletic Scholarship These scholarships not only recognize the generosity of our contributors but also celebrate the lasting impact their fathers have had on their lives. Beyond supporting student-athletes, this scholarship program has also become a way to reconnect with the sports we love. It brings back former athletes who may have been away from the sport, giving a meaningful way to contribute for a lifetime. It has also reunited old teammates and, I have to admit, rekindled some of those old rivalries we all miss and crave. The sense of community and competition that shaped us doesn’t have to fade—it can live on through these scholarships and the athletes they support. As we move forward, I invite you to be part of this special effort.
