Our story

Our parents were devoted to their family and to their community. They had a strong appreciation for a quality education. They strongly believe that every person who desired to get a good education should not be limited by finances. The Frank and Nelcie Williams Memorial Scholarship was created to continue their legacy and to fulfill their desire to help those in need pursue their educational dreams.

Our goal

This fund will provide for the annual $500.00 award to the winner of the Frank and Nelcie Williams Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship fund honors Frank and Nelcie Williams and their desire to support and encourage all students from New Jersey who strive to get a good education. Edison is where they lived and were committed to their family, community and church. This scholarship is a continuation of the legacy of Frank and Nelcie Williams.

Frank and Nelcie Williams, were loyal patients of mine for many years. They were definitely two of the finest people I have ever known and they were also fantastic patients. They were very well educated and truly believed that everyone deserves the chance to experience higher education. They raised three wonderful daughters who feel the same about education, and being devoted to their parents decided to honor their mom and dad with a scholarship in their name
