Our goal
This Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Evan James Vaillancourt, his legacy and to support future Nursing professionals who share his dedication to service.
Evan, a fourth generation soldier, was a selfless and dedicated individual who dedicated his life to serving others. As an Airborne Medic in the US Army, he risked his own safety to provide medical care to those in need, both on the battlefield and in his community. His goal was to become a Trauma Nurse and was set to begin that journey prior to earning his Angel Wings on November 12, 2022.
