Emoni's Hope Scholarship Fund

Emoni was a beloved child who passed away from Pompe disease thirty years ago, a disease that still has no known cure. The suffering of any child is heartbreaking. While researchers have discovered ways to help prolong the life expectancy of individuals with Pompe disease, the incurable condition can lead to hopelessness and pain throughout a child’s life. This fund will be used to create a scholarship to honor the life of Emoni by supporting students who are passionate about making a difference in the fight against Pompe disease.
