Our story
I keep thinking about my Eli and what LLE means to me and it means several different things at once, a lot of people say it means LongLiveEli - it does because he’s forever alive in my heart, my thoughts, my entire life, I’ll always love him and remember him for the rest of my life, I will never forget his smile, his laugh, his hugs. LiveLikeEli - for me I want to live like he did every single day, every single moment with a smile and just being content with what I have and being kind to everyone because that’s who he was and what he did, I believe he lived every day to the fullest, being happy and trying to be helpful with a smile for everyone and never asking for anything, I hope his friends remember him like that and remember to live life to the fullest and do the things he’s not here to do and to enjoy your life for him because that’s what he would tell you to do, he loved being outside riding his dirt bikes and working on them and lastly; LoveLikeEli - he was one of the kindest souls I have ever known and I’m lucky to have the privilege of being his mama, I can’t recall him ever being just angry or mad about anything even when the answer was no to something he wanted to do, he’d just say okay, it’s okay, smile and go about his day, he always had a smile for everyone, he could be a little reserved until he was comfortable with you but he always had a smile, I never heard him say a harsh word about anyone to be mean, he didn’t say alot anyway but he was never hateful and I want to strive everyday to be a better person because of him. He had such great friends and I’m truly grateful for that because he was surrounded by people who loved him, I always told him to make sure you pick friends who encourage you to make good choices and friends who do the right things even when it’s the hard thing to do right and he chose friends like that. And I hope they always remember like I will to LiveLikeEli#27, to LoveLikeEli#27❤️
Our goal
I’m starting this scholarship fund to honor the memory of my son Elijah who passed away in October 2025. He was a sophomore at Armuchee High School in Rome Ga and was looking forward to starting at the local tech school to learn more about welding. This scholarship is to help students who are interested in learning a Trade and furthering their learning and education in their chosen trade.
