A graduate of Southern University of New Orleans, Mr. Smith held a strong belief that young individuals should strive to acquire marketable skills, trades, or education. He emphasized the significance of discipline and focus in achieving a good quality of life. In honor of his values and commitment to education, this fund is established to support high school seniors embarking on their journey into college or trade programs. The Eddie L.
