Eben Groenwald’s Women's Rugby Scholarship

I have been a Women’s rugby player for 12 years. Through rugby I have found not only a sense of self, but a community that pushes me to better myself, on and off the field. Rugby has allowed me to go places and experience things I would not have the opportunity to do otherwise. Women’s sports is on the rise but there is still a disparity when it comes to men's and women's rugby funding. This scholarship is a way that we can help close that gap and enable other girls to continue to grow the game.
