Dr. Snowden Carruthers Education Scholarship Fund

This scholarship fundraiser has been established as a way to honor the first principal at Kirby High School in Memphis, TN. Carruthers was principal at Kirby from 1980 to 1985 and at Bolton High School from 1985 to 2005. He also served as a member of the Shelby County Schools Board of Directors (Memphis, TN).
