Dr. Lloyd McPherson Scholarship Fund

The Dr. Lloyd McPherson Scholarship will directly support a student attending an HBCU. This was created in memory of Dr. Lloyd McPherson, a fearless advocate for minority students, and an HBCU alumnus of Howard University. Dr. Lloyd McPherson worked tirelessly over decades in some of the busiest emergency rooms as a physician treating hundreds of thousands of patients, and mentoring hundreds of others in medicine, not only creating a generational impact, but a revered legacy.
