Our story
David was a very good friend of mine who never let his disability define him or get in his way (even becoming a black belt in kung-fu!). He was a true gentleman whose kindness and love are a lasting part of his legacy. In the face of tragedy and grief I want to honor this legacy by paying his kindness and gratitude forward through this scholarship.
Our goal
I would like to create a fundraiser for a future scholarship of $5,000 towards the tuition of a student with cerebral palsy or other similar disability called the David N. Walton, Jr. Scholarship. This fundraiser would be ongoing and be used to fund this scholarship for the years to come.
