Darren Cherep was unlike any other police officer. He was the police officer that interacted most with the teenagers in the community and helped them see that not all police officers were there because you were in trouble. He guided so many of the teenagers at that time to become better human beings. He was always there to lend a hand and he would give you the shirt off his back and he was loved by so many. I as his wife, refuse to let his goodness be forgotten.
