Our story

On March 15, 2025, we tragically lost Clayton James Miller in an e-bike accident. Clayton was just 14 years young, preparing to begin his freshman year of high school, with a bright future ahead of him. Clayton was kind, funny, smart, outgoing, and incredibly athletic. He loved to fish, ride his bike, golf, and—most of all—play football. Sports were not just something he did; they were who he was. Clayton believed deeply in himself and in the power of hard work, and he talked constantly about his future in high school sports and his dream of playing college football one day. Clayton spent nine seasons—nine years of his life—with the Naples Hurricanes, starting in Tiny Mites and playing all the way through 13U. He was part of history, helping his team become National Champions. Along the way, he earned four Peace River Championships, one Regional Championship, and one National Championship. He was also a track champion, a flag football champion, an outstanding baseball player, an All-American Scholar, and—most importantly—a loyal friend and teammate. But Clayton was so much more than an accomplished athlete. He led with heart, showed up for his teammates, and brought joy and energy wherever he went. He believed in commitment, teamwork, and giving everything you have to the things you love.
