My Dad, Carter Lee K. Spencer, passed away in June of 2023—a moment that shook my family and me to our core. In the months since, through the weight of grief, I’ve searched for meaningful ways to honor his memory and carry forward the legacy he built with such quiet strength. My Dad was an inspiration in every role he held—not only as a devoted Husband and Father, but as a man whose work ethic set a standard all on its own. His craft was deeply personal to him; every inch, every detail, every careful observation reflected the pride, discipline, and value he brought to his work each day. His excellence wasn’t accidental—it was intentional, lived, and earned. This fund is created in his honor. Its purpose is to support and shape individuals who share the same values, drive, and passion—those who are committed to building their future with integrity and effort.
