Brilliance Scholarship Fund

I am creating this scholarship because I have seen to many people that could not go to college because of the cost. It is becoming more and more expensive every day just to live, to provide food, housing, and so much more. Education is how you get a better chance at a career which will provide a more stable lifestyle. I want everybody to succeed and nobody to struggle.
