Blackgirlathletics Scholarship Fund

As an athletic trainer myself, I believe it's important to pour into the future athletic trainers as the athletic trainers before me poured into me. My fund was created to support future athletic trainers who are passionate about caring for athletes but may lack the financial resources or support to pursue one of the most rewarding professions. As someone who understands the dedication, long clinical hours, and commitment it takes to succeed in athletic training, I want to ease the burden for students who are working hard behind the scenes to make a difference in athlete's lives. The goal of this fund is to invest in the upcoming classes of athletic trainers by providing financial assistance, encouragement, and recognition. I want students to feel seen, supported, and motivated to continue their journey, knowing that their work is valuable and impactful. Ultimately, this fund is about creating more opportunities, increasing representation, and strengthening the future of athletic training by uplifting those who are committed to the profession early on.
